How to make an online appointment

Using our Online Booking module allows you to make appointments quickly and easily, whenever it's convenient for you. If you don't have time to call the surgery or you can't wait for someone to get back to your voicemail, you can simply do it yourself. You'll need to verify your phone number (to confirm that you're a human) but that only happens when making your very first online appointment. Here's how to do it.

1. From your dentists' Online Booking site/widget, select the type of treatment for your booking.
   
   If you wish to make a booking for something other than the given options, just select "Other" (a) and choose your "treatment" (b) from the dropdown menu.
   
   
   
2. Choose a time for your booking.
   
   a) Calendar: a calendar dropdown appears, allowing you to select a date manually.
   b) Appointment filter: toggle morning or afternoon appointments (or all times of the day).
   c) More times: more times will appear, if there are any available.
   
   
   
3. Select the options which are relevant to you.
   
   If you've made an online booking in the past, you'll already have an account. Click on Log in to skip this step in order to go straight to the final step.
   
   
   
4. On that same page, fill out your details and click Next: Review Appointment.
   
   
   
   
5. Enter your SMS code and click Book Online Now.
   
   If you have not received the SMS verification code, click on Re-send SMS verification. This verification step is important because it creates an account for you with Core Practice and allows you to make future appointments for yourself and your family quickly and easily.    N.B.: You will only need to complete step 5 the very first time that you make an appointment using our Online Booking system.
   
   
   
6. Success! You've completed your first online booking!
