How to enter treatments for a family

Overview

With the use of our family account tool, you can enter treatments for the whole family from one place. You can also take a single claim/payment for the family, without having to click back and forth. If every family member has seen the same practitioner, you'll only have to swipe their card once, too. Here's how to enter treatments for a whole family.

Steps

1. Go to the profile of a member of the family and click on Treatment.                                                           
   
   
   
2. Click on Select Fund.                                                                                                                                       
   
   
   
3. Click on Submit and Start Treatment.                                                                                                   
   
   
   
   
4. Enter the required treatment and then click on the next patient.                                                           
   
   
   
   
5. Repeat steps 2 to 4 for all patients seen.                                                                                                 
   
                                                                                                                                                                 You can see there's Tobi Croft, his wife Savannah, and their daughter Lana. They each have an icon with their initials and a differentiating colour.
   
   
   
6. Click on Create Invoice and take the claim/payment as you normally would!
