The online booking system has been developed to give you the freedom to make an appointment at your convenience; any time, from anywhere, on any device. There are three steps to the online booking process. You can learn how to make an online appointment if you're not familiar with our system.
There are two things that always happen when you have made an online appointment successfully. These are:
Reaching the Appointment Booked page
- The first indicator as to whether your online appointment has been made is the page that you're currently on. You can see three numbers at the top of your page. These are the three pages to your online booking.
If your page looks like the screenshot above, it means that you are currently on the second page. Your online appointment has not yet been made. The "Summary" is just there so that you can check the details of your booking. You must click on Confirm your booking to complete your booking. - Once you click on Confirm your booking, your page should look something like this:Note the text at the top of the page reading "Appointment Booked" and the subheading reading "Booking success!". This is the third (and final) page of your online booking.
Receiving an email confirmation
- You will receive an email confirmation every time that you make an online appointment. This is your second indicator.
Every Member Account is tied to a single email address. The very first time that you try to book an online appointment, you are prompted to enter your email address and a password. You now have a Member Account with Core Practice. You should use this combination to create future online appointments or to log in and manage members in your account. - If you haven't received an email confirmation, you should firstly check your junk email folders. If you have checked all your email folders and still have not found your confirmation email, then this may be an indicator that you have not completed your online booking. You should try to book your appointment again.
