There are two ways to select treatments from a patient's treatment plan once they are completed. The first way is by completing treatments directly from the treatment plan. The second method is through the patient's Treatment file. Here's how to do it.
- Click on Treatments from the patient's file.
- Click on Select Fund.
Even though you have already selected the relevant fund when creating the plan/chart, we still prompt you to select the fund before selecting treatments from that plan. This is because the patient's situation may have changed between then and now, and - as a result - they may fall into a different fee level. This way, you will ensure that the correct treatment fees are always displayed.
- Click on Submit and Start Treatment after confirming the provider's details.
- Click on the Planned tab.
Scroll through the patient's plan collection by clicking on Previous and Next.
- Click on Complete Selected after selecting all completed treatments.
If you click on "Complete Selected" and have noticed that you mistakenly selected a treatment, you can reset those treatments from the patient's treatment plan.
