How do I access my Business Performance reports?

Overview

As a dentist, you want to know how you're performing on a month-by-month basis. Core Practice has the functionality for all dentists to check their performance for their user account. Here's how to do it.

Steps

1. Click on your User Profile and then click Performance.
   
   
   
   
2. Select the month that you wish to view.
   
   
   
   
3. View your stats in the generated table.
   
   a) Days: the number of working days in this month.
   b) Appointments: the number of appointments booked in your calendar in this month.
   c) Patients: the number of patients that were seen in this month.
   d) New Patients: the number of new patients seen in this month.
   
   
   
4. View your performance indicators there, as well.
   
   a) Collections: the amount collected in this month.
   b) Avg. Patient: the average amount received per patient in this month.
   c) Avg. Daily: the average amount received per day in this month.
   d) Forecasted: the amount that you should be receiving by the end of the month, based on your current performance.
   
   
   
5. View the graph of your performance.
   
   a) Blue line: the accumulated total that you have collected each day this month.
   b) Grey line: the accumulated total that you have collected each day last month.
   c) Dotted line: the amount that you will likely receive based on your performance so far in this month.
