How to Activate Birdeye

Overview

Integrating Core Practice with Birdeye will automate the process of sending out review requests to patients on a daily basis. To learn more, visit the Birdeye website

How does the Integration Work?

Once Core Practice is integrated with Birdeye, Birdeye will fetch client information from Core Practice once daily from the cases that were closed on the previous day. Birdeye collects the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your patient and automatically sends them review requests based on the preferences set within the Birdeye dashboard.

Activating Birdeye

1. To add the Birdeye feature, click on Settings, and select the “Add-ons” at the bottom right of the screen.

2. Find "Integrate with Birdeye" and click on the add button.

3. Once you have successfully activate Birdeye to your Core Practice, you can go back to your Core Practice account and you will see "Remove" on the add-ons screen.  You are now all integrated and ready to use Birdeye in Core Practice.
