You can view your patients' previous or future appointments. Here's how.
- Go to Appointments.
- Click on Select Patient.
- Click the correct patient's name in the results list.
- Click on FTA (a) or click on More and then click View all patient's appointments (b) from the dropdown menu.
- Filter for Future, Attended or FTA appointments.
The view will show "All" appointments as default.
You can now learn how to reschedule/cancel appointments.
