When you need help with Core Practice, the first step is to check the Help Center for an article which may help you. The Help Center has been stocked with a range of articles about Core Practice, its features and how to use them. This would by far be the fastest way for you to get help when learning about the software. Here's how to use the Help Center.
- Click on Help and then click Software help + training from the dropdown menu.
- You will be routed to support.corepractice.com.au read through the categories or use the Search bar, as shown below.
As in the example above, we want to learn how to apply a manual payment.
- Look through the search results and click on the Article Title which you would like to read.
If you have found the correct article on the first try, great! If you have not been successful, try searching with different keywords. Sometimes, the keywords which you used may be different from those used by your Zendesk support agent. Instead of "apply manual payment" as per the example above, you could also try "enter payment manually". Try different keywords, as your query has most likely been answered somewhere in the Help Center.
However, if you were to encounter a bug (when there is an error with the software) or you believe there is an article which is missing and should be added to the Help Center, then you would submit a support request. This will be directed to one of your support agents and they will be able to assist your further.
