There will be instances where you will be asked to print something for a patient. This guide will show you how to print the following specific pages, which are all accessible from the patient's profile. Let's start there.
Treatment plans
- From the patient profile, click on Plan.
- Click on More and select an option from the dropdown menu.
Click on Email plan to patient if the patient would like it emailed to them. The plan will be sent directly from Core Practice to the email address which has been saved in their profile (if the address has been saved).
Click on Preview plan if you would like to preview it and/or print it through your PDF viewer.
Invoices
- From the patient's profile, click on Invoice.
- Click on Options and select an option from the dropdown menu.
Click on Email invoice to patient if the patient would like it emailed to them. The invoice will be sent directly from Core Practice to the email address which has been saved in their profile (if the address has been saved).
Click on Download patient copy in order to save and print it through your PDF viewer.
Receipts
- From the patient's profile, click on Payment.
- Click on the receipt which you wish to print and make a selection from the bottom-right of the page.
Click Print to prompt your print setup to proceed with the printing. As above, you can also Email the receipt directly from Core Practice to the patient, or Download the document to your computer.
