The Help Center is designed to provide a complete self-service training tool for Core Practice. We have a base of articles which should cover most of your initial questions regarding the software and how to use it. You can also search the Help Center for a solution to your problem. However, sometimes issues occur which are not covered in the articles written, including bugs in the software or other technical problems. If this is the case, you should complete a support request. Here's how to do it.
- From the Support button, select Create support request from the dropdown menu.
- Try to fill in all the fields as well as you can. Click Submit once you are finished.
You can also add an attachment (such as a screenshot), as it may help to explain your problem.
- An agent will be in contact with you shortly in regards to your issue.
