Overview
The patient profile contains all the personal and medical information. It may sometimes be necessary to update a patient's details in Core Practice. Here's how to do it.
Steps
- Navigate to the Patient profile.
You may also access the Patient's profile by clicking on the three dots (as shown below).
- Find the field which you need to update, and click Pen to edit (as shown below).
- Update the detail and click the tick or press Enter key on the keyboard.
- If you will be updating information such as Personal details, Address (Home), Emergency contact, and Address (Work). You may need to select Save Changes in order to not lose your progress.
