Sometimes a user may have mistakenly deactivated a patient file. When a file is "deactivated", you will not be able to create appointments using that file or apply treatments to it. In order to restore a patient file to it's original status, you would have to "activate" it. Here's how to do it.
- Navigate to the Profile of the deactivated file, click on the name and then click Activate patient.
If you're not able to see this option, you may not have the required permissions. Please contact your administrators about this and they will be able to help you.
- Click on Confirm.
- You can now create appointments using this file and apply treatments to it.
