When you first activate Online Bookings for a calendar or make any changes to calendar templates/availabilites, the new changes need to be updated in order for it to take effect on your Online Booking site. It's important to do this right away, so that your updated appointment books are reflected on your Online Booking site. Here's how to do it.
- Click on Appointment and then click Calendar Setup.
If you do not see this option, you may not have permission to edit calendars. Please contact your administrator.
- Find the calendar which you wish to customise, click on More and then click Publish online slot.
- Wait for your browser to finish loading and your slots will be published!
