Our analytics dashboards give you an in-depth look to your business and how it's performing. We collect your data and display it in easy-to-read graphs and KPIs, making it much easier to digest and work with your data. This information allows you to track and measure your business, and gives you the tools you need to work better. This article goes through our Location Performance dashboard and how to interpret and navigate throughout.

You can see the Collections Timeline at the top showing:
a) Calendar: allows you to pick the month you wish to focus on.
b) Legend: shows the different values which are graphed.
- This Month: the light blue line shows this month's collections.
- Last Month: the grey line shows last month's collections.
- Forecasted: the dotted line shows your approximate collections if performance remains consistent.
The "Forecasted" line shows your approximate collection for the remaining days in the month, which is calculated as a projection of your month's collections (to date).
We've also included some key performance indicators in the table below the Timeline:
a) Avg. Provider: the average amount collected by each provider in that location.
b) Avg. Patient: the average amount collected from each patient in that location.
c) Avg. Daily: the average amount collected by the business on each day in that location.
d) Forecasted: the projected amount to be collected in that location if performance remains consistent.

You can see the Collections Timeline at the top showing:
a) Calendar: allows you to pick the month you wish to focus on (the default should be the same month that you were viewing on the Location Performance dashboard).
b) Graph: shows the different collections for each provider on each given day (hovering over each different colour will show the name of the practitioner and the exact amount collected for that day).
We've also included some more key performance indicators in the table below the Timeline:
a) Collections: the total amount collected by each provider across all locations in which they're working.
b) Avg. Hourly: the average amount collected per hour by each provider across all locations in which they're working.
c) Avg. Patient: the average amount collected by each provider from each patient across all locations in which they're working.
d) Avg. Daily: the average amount collected by each provider each day across all locations in which they're working.
