When you've set up a practitioner's business profile in Core Practice, you would've selected the relevant commission level for that practitioner. If one of our agents had set up your environment for you, then the commission level would've been set to the default value of 40%. It's quick and easy to set the commission level. Here's how to do it.
- Click on the Cog button, select Settings, and then click Businesses.
If you do not see this option, you may not have permission to access businesses. Please contact your administrator.
- Click on the Business name.
- Select the correct Commission from the dropdown menu.
Contact your administrator if your required commission level isn't in the dropdown menu.
- Once done, click Save Changes.
