Core Practice is capable of integrating with your HICAPS machine to process your health fund claims and EFTPOS payments. If you are looking to integrate HICAPS with Core Practice, please first see the following checklist:
HICAPS pre-integration checklist
- Your computer must be running on Windows OS as HICAPS does not work on any other operating systems.
- TeamViewer installed to allow remote support from us. You may click here to install TeamViewer.
- Let us know the number of HICAPS machine(s) you wish to integrate with and which model.
- The HICAPS machine must be physically connected to your PC using a HICAPS Keyspan (For the original/standard old terminal) and micro USB cable (for the Trinity terminal). If you do not have this, please request one from HICAPS.
Once you have all these ready, please contact us to arrange a time for the HICAPS integration.
