Communication report allows you to track all your incoming and outgoing SMS. Here's how you can utilise them to your benefit:
- Click on the Report tab and select ANY option to access the report page.
- In the report page, click on Communication Details at the bottom left.
- Filter your message type (or leave empty) and dates the click on Run Report.
A) Locations: Choose the location you wish to target.
B) Select a message type: Choose from All, Appointment Reminder, Verify Code etc.
C) Status: Choose from Pending, Sending, Sent or leave empty if you wish to include all.
D) Message direction: Choose from Incoming or Outgoing.
E) Dates: Filter the dates.
