You may sometimes experience an issue if your Core Practice Media Bridge is running, but you cannot launch your camera/x-ray device/imaging software through Core Practice.
Firstly, if it is for hardware connection, please make sure your camera/x-ray device has been plugged in or connected properly and also make sure they are turned on; if it is for launching your imaging software, please make sure you can open your software by itself without any error.
If the above have all been tested and everything is connected properly, follow the instructions below to reconnect our media bridge:
- Go to the bottom-right corner of your computer and find our Media Bridge icon, right click on it and click on "Core Practice Media Bridge" to launch the configuration page:
- Click on "Reconnect" and then wait, it is important to wait for the reconnection process to be finalized properly before trying your media connection again. At the end of the reconnection process, you should see the pop-up window below, please click on "OK" or simply close the window before going to step 3.
-
Now go to your Core Practice web page and try your media connection again for your camera/x-ray device/imaging software, it should work.
If following the instructions above couldn't resolve your issue still, restarting your computer may help. If you still have the same issue after a restart, please use our "Help" button located at the left-bottom corner of your Core Practice page to have a chat with our customer support team or submit a support request to our support team for further assistance.
