Overview
There are instances that calendars get duplicated, may it be done wrongly or no matter what the case maybe, please take note of the following steps to walk you through how to fix it.
Steps
1. Set an end date
2. Disabling the calendar
As an example below, there were two duplicate calendars for Carl Jones showing up on the Appointment Book.
Set the End Date
1. From the Appointments tab, click More and Calendar Setup.
2. Click the three dots on the provider that you wish not to show up on the Appointment Book, then Edit Template.
Note: If both calendars have the same name and you are not sure which one, changing the name (such as adding or removing Dr or a number) of one of them will help you identify which is which.
3. Edit the period and set up an End Date.
An end date means the date which the calendar ends and should be in the past. Please also makes sure that there are no prior appointments otherwise reschedule the appointments if required.
Disabling the calendar
1. Go to the Calendar Setup, then click the three dots and Disable Calendar.
Note: We suggest to disable the calendar so it could still be enabled if necessary.
