How to download Patient's Signed Forms

Overview

Patient's signed forms can be downloaded for the convenience of accessing the patient's information and medical records. 

Here are the instructions on how to download the patient's signed forms.

1. Go to the patient's profile and click their name.

2. Click on Patient's Forms.

3. Go to the 3 dots on the side of the form and hit Download signed form.

The Signed form is now downloaded and can also be printed out for reference.
