How to send Treatment Plans to patients

Overview

Treatments plans can be sent through email or SMS so patients can and have their own record of treatment plan. This allows the patient to review and track what treatments are included per visit.

Send via Email

Here are the instructions on how to send the treatment plan via Email:

1. On the Patient's profile, go to Plans Tab, click the 3 dots and under EMAIL, select All treatments or Incomplete treatments.

2. Click Send Now to send the PDF file of the treatment plan via email.

Send via SMS

Here are the instructions on how to send the treatment plan via SMS:

1. On the Patient's Profile, go to Plans Tab and click the 3 dots on the side of the Plan and under SMS, select All Treatments or Incomplete Treatments.

2. You may select a Template for the contents of the message or edit the default message. Click the Send Now button to send.

Printing and Downloading Treatment plans

Treatment plans can also be downloaded or printed out if you wanted to compile the patient's record.

Steps

1. On the Patient's Profile, go to Plans Tab and click the 3 dots. Scroll down to PRINT and choose All treatments, Incomplete treatments or Treatment Summary.

Downloading Treatment Plans

Steps

1. On the Patient's Profile, go to Plans Tab and click the 3 dots. Scroll down to Download and choose All treatments, Incomplete treatments or Treatment Summary.
