HICAPS does not accept large invoice

Overview 

When you are trying to process a huge bill and it shows an error "Field Content Error", this could mean your invoice is too large for HICAPS to process. HICAPS doesn't accept processing claims, quotations and payments over AU$10,000 or more than 20 items under one invoice or quote. 

Here are the following scenarios you may experience and their corresponding steps to continue processing HICAPS quotations and payments.

First scenario

As an example shown below, the total amount of the invoice is $22,000 AUD. 

Split the invoice into two to reduce the total amount 

1. Create two invoices to reduce the total amount of the treatments. If there is an existing invoice or payment already, follow the steps on How to edit a past treatment.

Second Scenario 

As an example shown below, the total number number of items is 21.
