How to track a patient's past Medical History

Overview

Medical records document explains all detail about the patient's history. Here at Core Practice, you will be able to revisit the patient's past medical history records and view the latest medical record at the same time.

To track the Patient's Medical History

1. Simply go to Patient's Profile and click on History.

2. Select Older to see the old patient's medical history and select Newer to see the new and updated medical history of the patient. 

NOTE: The number beside the History Icon symbolizes the total update made from the Patient's Medical History record.
