Overview
The Live Chat tool allows users to resolve issues in real-time and has the ability to share links, collect information, and save a full transcript for later reference.
Steps
1. Click on the Help button located at the bottom left corner of your Core Practice page, then on Live Chat. If there is an available agent, you will see Live chat, otherwise, it will show Contact us.
2. Enter a brief description of your inquiry and then click on Start chat.
3. An agent will assist you to attend your inquiries.
a. End chat: The chat will be closed when clicked.
b. Attachment: Ability to attach documents and images.
c. More options: Sound option, Email chat transcript and Edit contact details.
