Overview
Prepayment reports will give you the overview of the prepayments received from patients over a specific period of time. Prepayments can be used to pay an outstanding invoice for a patient’s treatment plan.
Here are the instructions on how to run a prepayment report:
1. Click Report and select Any option as this will being you to the main Reporting page. Then scroll on the left to find Prepayment (under "INVOICE").
2 After selecting Prepayments, filter it by Location, Provider and Date Range. You can also choose to filter it to all prepayments or unallocated (unused) prepayments by clicking All or Unallocated.
3. Click Run Report.
4. The Prepayment Report can also be exported via Excel or PDF.
