Overview
Appointment Created Report includes information about the patient and the date when their appointment was created.
You can filter this report if you wanted to get the list of patients who Confirmed their appointments, Canceled or Tentative.
This report can also be customized to track appointments per Referral Contact, Reason and Source.
Steps
1. Click Report and go to Appointment Created.
2. Choose the Location and filter it to your preferred date range. You may also leave the filters below as blank if you wanted to generate the list of all the created appointments.
3. You may also filter the appointments by Status, Contact, Reason and Source.
4. Finally, hit Run Report.
If you select the New patient tab under this report, you will get the list of the new patients within the chosen date range.
