An Appointment Details Report refers to the status of a patient's appointment. This report includes the duration of the appointment, time and date, attendance status, patient details, and the reason for the appointment.
Generate an Appointment Details Report
1. Go to the Report tab and select Appointment Details.
2. Select Location, filter date range, and Run Report. Leave the filters blank to generate all types of appointments. Running the report by Location includes all the provider's calendar who has a specific appointment at that location from your selected date range.
*If the provider is working at multiple locations, running the report by Calendar will be the best option to filter all appointment types made by the provider for all locations.
3. Appointment Detail Report can be exported via Excel or PDF format.
