Overview
Core Practice does not store details such as when was a patient profile created, however a good indication would be going back to the patient's first appointment., tracking the appointment audit logs, and checking when was the first appointment ever created and that would give you a good idea of when the profile was created.
Please also bear in mind this would not be accurate if your patient data was migrated from another program. Below are the steps on how to track patient's appointment logs:
Steps
1. Go to the Patient Profile and select the drop-down arrow beside the patient's name to access the Patient's Appointment logs.
2. Filter all the appointments and go through the very first appointment made under the patient's profile which will indicate when was the profile created. Simply click on the arrows to scroll pages.
