How to download treatment notes

Overview
Treatment notes serve as an important part of the patient's records. This provides a detailed summary of the type of treatment the patient received and it ensures that all parties involved have a clear understanding of the progress being made and long-term goals.

Treatment notes are also required if the patient will be referred to other clinicians therefore keeping the patient's treatment notes is very important.

Here's the step-by-step process on how to download a patient's treatment notes:

Steps
1. Go to the Patient Profile and select the Treatment Tab.

2. Click on More and select Print Patient Records. You can opt to choose Print Note History if you wish to see the changes made to the patient's treatment note.

3. Finally, click the arrow-down button to download the Patient's Treatment Note.
