Overview
There are many reasons you may need to reschedule an appointment. Some common examples include: unexpected or urgent issues at home, feeling ill or having an ill family member, a change of plans that makes the original appointment irrelevant, or accidentally having double-booked an appointment.
One of the Core Practice features is the ability to run a list of cancelled appointments by generating an Appointment Details Report. This report is suitable for patients who have cancelled an appointment without rescheduling. Follow the steps below on how to generate a list of a cancelled appointments.
Steps
1. Go to Report Tab and choose Appointment Details Report.
2. Select Location, filter the appointment by status (cancelled), filter date range, and Run Report. Running the report by Location includes all the provider's calendars who had a canceled appointment at the location chosen from your selected date range.
*If the provider is working at multiple locations, running the report by Calendar will be the best option to filter all cancelled appointments of the provider for all locations.
3. Appointment Details Report can be exported via Excel or PDF format.
