Overview
Think of "Tags" as an umbrella term to describe the overall concept of labeling posts. It is a process that involves using labels to make content easier to find or link to. Tags help social marketers group and categorise posts for flexible reporting on content, creativity, and campaigns.
To customise your Tags, follow the instructions below:
1. How to create tags
2. How to link Tags in your referral contact
3. How to link Tags to wait list patients and new or existing patients.
How to create tags
1. From the cog button, click Settings.
2. Under System, go to Tags.
3. Click Create Tag.
Wait list: a tag to use for a list of people who have asked for something that is not immediately available, but that they will or might be able to receive in the future. (e.g., Needs 24 hours' notice, outside of business hours only, specialist only, etc.)
Contact: This is to tag referral contacts (e.g., Specialists, General Practitioners, Insurance companies, etc.)
How to link tags in your referral contacts
1. From the cog button, select Contacts.
2. Add Contact.
*Provide the referral's personal information if necessary. For marketing purposes, you can set the contact details as Public. This will reflect in your online medical history form under the category, "How did you find out about us".
3. Click on the Star Icon to add this referral contact to the shortcut.
How to link tags to wait list patient
1. From the Appointment Book, select patient from Wait List.
2. Add a patient to wait list.
3. Complete the required fields and add tags (options) for this wait list.
How to link tags to a new patient (referral contact)
1. From the Appointment Book, select Patient.
2. Select New Patient.
3. Complete the required field to create a new patient profile. Tag referral contact if there's any.
*For an existing patient, simply go to the Patient's Profile, and select Details to tag referral contact.
