Overview
Online booking slots may change depending on the provider's available schedule on the appointment book. Sometimes, online slots may not reflect on online booking due to several reasons.
On the calendar shown below, the Provider is available from Mon- Fri, however, this may not show as is via the online booking widget for certain situations. Please check the second photo attached as an example.
As you can see below, when you check the Provider's online booking for Check Up/Scale Clean it only shows slots for Mon, Wed, and Thurs even though all days are available from the Provider's calendar shown above.
*Other service such as Free consultation is also not showing up on the Provider's online booking slot.
Below are the things that you may need to check to see why the online slot is not reflected accordingly even though the Provider's calendar is available for online booking.
Checking of Appointment Book
1. Open the Appointment book and check the available schedule for the particular week.
2. Go back to the Online booking and check if the available schedules on the appointment book matches the opened slots in Online booking. If not, note down the missing schedules.
Calendar's Agenda
Presets and Events might also affect the online slots since there is an option in this area that can block off schedules in online booking.
Steps
1. From the Appointment Book, click on More and select Calendar Setup.
2. Click the 3 dots beside the provider's name and select Edit Template.
3. Click on Agenda.
4. Select the Preset, set Online booking to Available (if applicable), and Hit on Save Changes once done.
5. If there is an Event and it is also set as NO for online booking, you can change it to Available in order to reflect in the online booking slot of the provider, if necessary. Save Changes or otherwise Delete the event from the calendar.
The Provider's Services
If the provider's slot is not appearing on a specific service, you will need to check if online booking is enabled on the provider's services.
Steps
1. From the Appointment Book, click on More and select Calendar Setup.
2. Click the 3 dots beside the provider's name and select Manage Services.
3. Turn on the Online booking option for the Service and hit Done.
Publishing Online Slot
After saving the changes that you made on the provider's calendar settings and services. You may now Publish the Online slot for it to reflect in your Online booking
Steps
1. On the Calendar Setup, click the 3 dots on the side of the provider's name and select Publish Online Slot.
2. Go back to your Online Booking and refresh the page.
The available Online Slot should now reflect on your Online booking.
