How to change the calendar interval

Overview

Here at Core Practice, you have the ability to change the appointment book break time intervals to 5, 10, or 15 minutes, whatever suits your business. It will be applied across all locations if the clinic has more than one location. Existing appointments will not be affected once the change has been made.

Steps

1. From the cog button, click on Settings.

2. Under System, go to General Settings.

3. Set the Calendar Interval according to your preference.

4. Finally, hit on Save Changes.

Note: Once the changes were made, it will take 30 minutes for system to be updated completely. Please check again in 30 minutes and it should be all good!
