Overview
Let's say, you just created, ran and created a batch for a campaign, now your goal is to be able to communicate to patients, right? In Core Practice, you have the benefit of sending recall or other marketing campaign messages via Email or SMS. Furthermore, you can track the status of each campaign message sent to patients in one screen which means is visually wise and systematic.
Let's get started!
Steps
1. Click New Run otherwise go to the history page of the campaign you have already setup with.
2. Set the campaign period if needed, but on the contrary you should see the Campaign Run page.
3. Click on Selected then choose All. (Untick patients you do not want to include in the campaign.)
4. Click on the three dots and select from Send Email or Send SMS.
5. Check everything before clicking Send Now. The illustration below is an example of sending the campaign via email.
