Overview
Referral contacts can be categorised as Specialists, General Practitioners, Insurance companies, and so on. Social media accounts can also be labelled as referral contacts.
One of the core practice features is the ability to add a referral contact from the online medical form, helping the practice identify qualified leads who may have similar challenges or needs. Follow this article for more information on How to add a referral contact on the online Medical History form.
To remove referral contact from your online medical history form, follow the steps below:
Steps
1. From the cog button, select Contacts.
2. Find the referral contact in one of your folders to remove from your online medical history form. E.g. Social Media.
3. Click on the referral contact information and check Public. If it is set to YES (to show) or NO (to remove). Setting referral contact information to the Public indicates potential leads when creating a marketing campaign. Hit Save Changes, once done.
