The location text refers to the information such as the cancellation, payment and other policies given in a site. The illustration below shows how the location text looks like when it's being sent out to patients. The information is a default setting however you can always customize this section when necessary.
Sometimes, you will encounter an error message when updating the content of the policies saying "The request is invalid." The reason is, the system only allows 512 characters for each policy fields.
1. From the cog, go to Locations.
2. Click on the clinic's location that you wish to customize with.
3. Customize the content of the policies by not exceeding 512 characters then click on Save changes.
