There are instances when you encounter an issue while attempting to send a bulk marketing email campaign, as illustrated in the example below.
One potential cause for this error could be the incorrect insertion of the image into the templates, such as mistakenly dragging the image from the computer folder to the template.
Here are simple and efficient ways to resolve the issue.
1. From the cog, go to Templates.
2. Then click on the desired template name (ACME Dental Clinic sample poster).
3. Remove the current image and follow the steps on the links below on how to properly add the images on your templates.
4. Once done, resend the bulk email and the error has disappeared.
