Letter's audit log provides a record of communication between your dental practice and the patient.
A well-maintained history of letters sent to patients is an integral part of effective communication, legal protection, and overall patient care within your dental practice.
Steps
1. Go to the Patient's profile.
2. Go to Letter's Tab.
3. Select a Letter by clicking the pencil icon.
4. Letter's audit log will be displayed on the right side panel.
