Store prices in operations

It would be great if we could create an operation with specific prices and it save those prices rather than automatically reverting to the patient's fee level. e.g. for a whitening special.

  The prices of the item codes within the system are linked to the patient’s fee level to ensure accurate and appropriate pricing is applied.

  To help us assess the priority and design of this feature, could you please provide more details on your use case? Specifically:

  • How frequently do you run promotions or operations with special pricing?
  • How would saving these custom prices improve your workflow or enhance the patient experience?

  In the meantime, we would like to suggest assigning the prices for each item code included in a specific operation across all fee levels. This will ensure that the correct prices automatically appear in the patient’s file when these treatments are added especially for item codes used for promotions.
