Improvement suggestion to updating profiles
If you approve and save the medical history the new one will override the older one. However, we are all humans and things are forgotten, therefore if I forget to add on my new update medical history an allergy, but it was listed in the past, that has now been overridden and is 'hidden' (a lot of different clicks to find the past medical info).
Our frustration is- this happening leaves ALOT of areas open for mistakes and accidents to happen, this is not ideal.
A suggestion would be: modifying the stage when approving the new medical histories would be something like making that stage 'editable' like a text box so we can copy certain information over with the new stuff?
This above solution of an editable text box would resolve both issues we are all struggling with
Thanks heaps!

Hi Nikkita,
Thank you for sharing your concerns about the medical history update process.
It is crucial to approve the medical history form as submitted, without modifying the patient’s answers. This ensures the integrity of their responses, keeping the information accurate and unaltered, which is essential for both compliance and data accuracy.
Could you provide more insight into how this feature would fit into your current workflow? Specifically, in what scenarios would editing the history during the approval stage be most useful.
Understanding how this would be applied will help us find solutions that maintain data integrity while enhancing usability.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We look forward to hearing more from you.
