Online Booking

Re: online booking system For patients booking online (either old or new). Could I suggest not having login/ password. I've worked with many different dental softwares with online booking, and haven't needed this before. Having an account/ login as a choice is fine, but not when every patient needs it. My online booking is my reception (I don't have a reception team), and this feature is very limiting to my practice. I get multiple people contact me regarding this, and maybe a loss of patients too. I've had very poor feedback from this feature. Would appreciate if this is something the team could look into. Previously with other softwares, Patients just input: Name, DOB, email and/or mobile and the system registers them. Im sure this is far more technical than it sounds, not undermining that. But would love the consideration. Many thanks
