For patients booking online (either old or new). Could I suggest not having login/ password.
I've worked with many different dental softwares with online booking, and haven't needed this before.
Having an account/ login as a choice is fine, but not when every patient needs it.
My online booking is my reception (I don't have a reception team), and this feature is very limiting to my practice. I get multiple people contact me regarding this, and maybe a loss of patients too.
I've had very poor feedback from this feature.
Would appreciate if this is something the team could look into.
Previously with other softwares, Patients just input: Name, DOB, email and/or mobile and the system registers them.
Im sure this is far more technical than it sounds, not undermining that.
But would love the consideration.

Can you share more about which parts of the current profile creation are difficult or time-consuming for your patients? Which fields do you think could be removed or simplified?
