    We appreciate your time and effort in sending your feedback and concerns about the online booking.

    As of now, confirmation email is being sent to patients to notify them that their appointment has been sent out to the clinic. This email serves to acknowledge the schedule, but it does not yet confirm the appointment itself. In addition, the approval from the clinic's end is important as this allows you to review and verify the appointments before adding them to your books.

    We completely understand how your proposed features could potentially improve your workflow especially since you're the one managing all the appointments. Having an option as well to customise the template when sending out the confirmation booking sounds like a great idea, as you'll have more control on the message details that can enhance clear communication with the patient.

    Rest assured, your suggestions have been noted and passed on to our development team for further review. We truly value input from our clients, as it helps us continuously improve the system.
