Patient appointment log to capture email sent for online appointments
When an appointment is made by a staff member, an appointment is created, and an email is sent out simultaneously - both events are captured in the patient appointment log.
When the patient makes the appointment online, an email is sent to the patient, however, it is not captured in the patient appointment log. We therefore have no record that an email was sent, or what the email says.
Request: Patient appointment log to be consistent in capturing events across internal and online bookings, specfically email sent.
