Hi Team,

I'm submitting this request on behalf of Anna from Oral Care Management. She is requesting a permission setting to restrict the ability to delete Contacts within the Contact Management area.

  We would appreciate it if you could share more information on how this feature could benefit your clinic.

  • Would you like to implement this feature to prevent accidental deletions or maintain a specific level of control over the contact list?
  • Are there specific groups in the system that you would like to have access to delete the contacts?

  In the meantime, we would like to suggest allowing a specific group to have access to edit contacts within your system. By doing this, you can limit the number of users who might accidentally delete a contact while we assess the feasibility of this request.

  Your input will help us better understand the use case and assess how we can incorporate this into our system effectively. We look forward to your insights!
