Patient Treatment History/Records: Item numbers only
Hi
Just wondering if it can be possible to export or print patient treatment records with the option to hide treatment notes. Ideally, it would just be a list of completed item codes for that particular patient.

To better understand your needs, could you let us know why having the option to hide treatment notes would be beneficial? As far as I am aware Treatment Notes are Confidential and the Intellectual property of the Provider, Dentists are under no obligation to release Treatment Notes during Records Transfers between Dental Practices. Furthermore, Record Transfers happen to often to ask practices using your software to “do it manually via an external application like PDF editor.”
Are there any specific situation wherein hiding the dentist notes is applicable? Critical to the Transfer of Dental Records.
What is the purpose of exporting treatment codes in the patient profile? Show treatment completed on a patient in a format that can be shared with another practice.
