Improvement: Additions to conditions/treatments in Charting

Hi all,

We have been receiving suggestions to add a few conditions/treatments to the Charting feature.

Conditions:
-fissure sealants
-facet
-non-carious lesion
-overhang
-root stump
-root fracture
-Cusp fracture (may need to be able to select different cusps on different teeth for this option)
-impacted
-unerupted
-partially erupted
-tipped with drop down menu for mesially, lingually, distally or buccally
-drifted
-rotated: clockwise or anticlockwise
-hypoplasia - grade 1 to 3
-Hypomineralised
-Wear lesions
-Erosion lesions
-Bridge: 2 unit, 3 unit, 4 unit etc ; non-metallic (613), metallic (618), PFM (615)

Treatments:
-fissure sealants
-Bridge: 2 unit, 3 unit, 4 unit etc ; non-metallic (613), metallic (618), PFM (615)

  - Retained root
  - Composite veneer

  A few suggestions for prosthodontists:

  - Fully edentulous (condition)
  - Charting a 711 and 712 should prompt you to merge it into a 719 (condition and treatment)
  - Investigations for charting partial dentures (condition and treatment)
