Improvement: A Location Performance report for specific locations which are relevant to location managers/users

Users belonging to a predetermined group should be able to see the Location Performance report for all locations which are relevant to them, only. For example, if I am a franchisee, I should be able to generate a Location Performance report for those locations which I have franchised, only. It will generate the report and automatically be restricted to those locations which have been allocated to my user account.

[Currently, Location Reporting is essentially 'all or nothing'. We need a way to show this report but only those locations that users are allow to see.]
