Improvement: Adding treatments to a plan should be sent to the last visit in that plan
CompletedWhen creating a treatment plan the initial treatment items are entered into Visit 1. Upon creation of a subsequent visit, Visit 1 and its items become Visit 2, and subsequent items enter into the new Visit 1. Consequently the finished Plan is upside down - intended first visit becomes the final visit.
Visit 1 should remain as Visit 1 and subsequent visits should become 2, 3 etc.
This brings me to the next suggestion; So at the moment I am having to move each treatment item manually into the correct Visit # - it would also be handy to be able to move entire visits around to re-sequence the Plan.
Please could the printed Treatment Plan also show the Visits and per visit cost, at the moment it just lists all treatment items with no mention of visits

Hi All,
I believe you should now be able to add treatment to any visit by simply selecting your preferred visit

Hi Tony,
Thanks for these suggestions. I have had a play around with the treatment plans and I can see what you mean; when adding a new treatment to a plan with more than one visit, the newly added treatment will be added to the first visit, not the last one. I also like the idea of moving an entire visit at a time; it'd be a nice addition. I have escalated both of these items to our development team.
Finally, an improvement to the printed treatment plan has already been planned; we want to be able to clearly show the treatments and amount per visit. We currently show which visit each treatment belongs to; you can see this on the very first column of the printed treatment plan. However, we will be getting to work on this improvement ASAP.

It would be great to have the totals at the end of each visit on the printout and some spacing similar to D4W, Exact and Oasis.
That would be great to be able to click a Ctrl A or something like that to be able to arrange things in the right order as currently if you mix it us you have to move each item individually, would be great if you could move them as a group.

Hi Georgia,
Thanks for the support! What kind of spacing are you referring to in terms of the treatment plan? If we decide to make this improvement to the current treatment plan, there would be spacing between each visit, with enough room to have the totals. Is that what you meant?
It would be great to be able to move an entire visit at a time. What do you mean by the CTRL+A shortcut arranging things in the right order? This shortcut would select everything on the page that you're viewing; is that what you meant?

Hi Angelo, thanks for reading the suggestion and getting back to me - eaxctly spacing to allow totals per visit and to show a separation of visitsEg. Visit1 011 50.00 022 10.00 Total 60.00 Visit 2 532 200 Total 200 Regarding the crtl+a or maybe holding a shift and being able to highlight multiple item to move them up or down an appt at the moment I can only do this one at a time. Does that make better sense. Thanks Angelo.Cheers,Georgia
Hi Georgia,
Thanks for the reply! Our helpdesk provider doesn't submit email responses to our Community forum, so I have pasted your reply above.
Our proposed changes to the treatment plan will include a more distinct separation between visits of a plan, so that you can clearly see where each visit ends, and the total for each visit. In terms of moving treatments around, I think it would be nice to move entire visits in one go. We might be able to go down the route of selecting each treatment and then moving just those selected ones; as in, selecting them with a tick box or similar. What do you think of this?
