"I need an appointment tag for CPE. This status/tag stands for "Cancellation Policy Explained". Adding this status/tag will be useful to determine whether the cancellation policy has been explained to a patient or not."

  Hi all,

  We understand the importance of editing the appointment classes/statuses to suit your personal choice and/or business rules. This is why we have planned this improvement for a release in the near future. This improvement will allow users to edit the appointment class wording and colours, as well as the appointment status wording and colours. We'll keep you updated right here, so keep your eyes peeled!
